    is it true that you have to sleep upright after surgery cos i dont have a headboard on my bed so dont know how i would manage it lol. Any ideas?

    Aiya Hun yes you do have to sleep upright think it’s 7-10 days may be more I’am sleeping on sofa at min with 4 pillows and a v-pillow to prop me up :-) Cus I know if i’am in bed I’d end up slouching down to much xx Sam xx

    Hi Ella, i would suggest loads of pillows and then a V pillow on top of them… if you dont have a V Pillow you can get one from Argos £6.99 xxxx

    you could also get a bed backrest from Argos for £20, might be more supportive and comfortable than just pillows xxx
