    When is it ok to sleep on your side Again ???? I want a good nights sleep so bad !! Xxx

    I know how you feel! I cant cope with sleeping on my back its soo uncomfortable and hardly getting any sleep! Im back at work monday and i hate the thought of being tired 🙁 xx

    How I sympathise with you both! Just spent the night on the reclining sofa. Better than the bed, as I did try. Felt like I was suffocating under the weight of the boobs and strapping. 2nd day post op. I’d say you can sleep on your sides whenever you’re ready and not in pain. Listen to your body.

    My nurse give me the all clear at 4 weeks to sleep on my side. As if you have swelling and lay on your side it can transfer swelling to that side and its agony. Also it puts pressure on your incisions.
    @ Ariel I can remember visiting my gran at a few days post op and jumping in her reclining chair and falling asleep for a few Hours it was bliss x
