I know this night sound bad but have you any strong painkillers left? I’m not in too much pain but make sure I take a couple of cocodamol before bed and it helps me sleep so much lol knocks me out a bit, I’m just waking with a numb bum a few times in the night xx

I bet it will just take a couple of days to get back in a routine Helen. I’m always the same after I’ve been off work for a while. Sleeping in a bit later and napping during the day. Couple of days and you’ll be back in your normal routine xx

I have two v pillows and 4 normally pillows, just layer then and get comfortable, the only thing I find is my neck hurts :(! Wake up feeling like I’ve for wipe lash :/’I’m 3 days post op and I’m sleeping mostly thru the night and in and it during the day, but the painkillers are good for helping you sleep aswel 🙂 good luck xxxx
