SLEEPING

Ive had really bad back pain for the last few days and last night I slept on my front as I was so u uncomfortable! I’m only 11 days PO and worries I shouldn’t of slept on my front yet! Does anybody know the rules about sleeping? x

I wouldn’t sleep on my front!

My surgeon advised on your back for 2 weeks then on your side.

Someone I know slept on her front all the times and hers didn’t look so good after a while they went out of shape!

I’m no expert as only 2 wks po. Hope someone else can help u too xx

hey janine im nearly at the 6 weeks mark and i wouldnt even dream about sleeping in my front lol sleep on your back for 2 weeks and then try and sleep on your side ,, are you using your V Pillow ? xxx

I’m 11wks PO now and have been sleeping on my front since I was 2wks PO and my boobs are fine….started sleeping on my side around 1wk PO! x
