sleeping after ba with unders

hi girls, wen yve had yr ba do you have to sleep bolt upright or just head and shoulders upright with your body laid down xxxx

i just slept normally with my shoulders slightly on my pillow but at my week one post op the nurse said i should of been further up cant of done me any harm though she just laughed and asked if id listened to anything she had told me to do xxx

I still sleep upright at 5 and a half weeks post op. My boobs ache a lot if I lie flat. I have 6 pillows and a V pillow that I arrange until I’m uncomfortable. x

if you dnt want to get one, just pile 3 or 4 pillows up behind you….but at least with the v pillow its more comfy xx
