Sleeping after op??

Hi girls,

I have my op 20th Jan, I’m going to buy a V-pillow this week, was just wondering how to use V-pillow? And how long after op do I need to sleep upright?! I’ve never used a v-pillow before! Thanks girls xxx 🙄 😯

I was told needed to sleep upright for 10 days after my op. I wasnt told how to use it, but I put it on top of my usual pillows and had it so the point of the v was kinda up the wall, kept me on my back all night and elevated. Hope that helps Bet your excited?

Hey thanks for the reply honey! Was it uncomfortable for you? Think I might just go and raid spare room and pinch all the pillows from there to help me too! Yes as op draws closer I’m getting nervous and excited at the same time! When did you have your op hun? What size did you go from / to? Did you heal okay? xxx

A little but after the 3rd/4th day I was sleeping more comfortably, you will be fine hun What are you having? Had my op on the 7th dec, started a 36a and apparently only measure a b, so obviously I’m gutted but I’m hoping something can be sorted as I wanted atleast a D. Where you having your op? Day case? They are healing wonderfully though, scars are minimal

ah thought I’d read something about you after just viewing your pics again, I remember friend requesting you. Ah shame you’re unhappy about your size, hope you get something sorted soon. Did you have overs or unders? As with unders it can affect the post-op size I think? I’m having op with Mr Traynor, 300cc with uplift. Bit nervous and worrying a bit about the scars but after seeing other pics I feel a bit better they will fade over time. Guess everyone heals differently. All the best for you, do you think you will have another op to correct size? xxx

Overs 410cc, what kind of scars do you get with an uplift? Is that when they go around the nipple? You’ll be fine hun… I didnt have an uplift but I imagine it wouldnt be any more painful lol. My scars are tiny and already fading, but your right everyone heals at different rates. I’m not sure I spent all my savings on this op, dont know if I could afford another one
