sleeping braless

I had my ba in nov n I really really wna go asleep without a bra on now lke I did b4 but is it ok 2 go braless all nite? I wear sports bras 2 bed atm but I jus wna burn them!! Xxxxx

How long was u told to wear a bra? I always thought u have too keep wearing them forever to look after the implants… ?? I may be round xx

I havent worn a bra at night since day of BA. My Surgeon said to do what I wanted, but now 3 weeks on my right implants takes itself for a walk around my chest so maybe its best to wear one!! X

I was told 2 wear the sports bra 4 6 weeks but it got 2 8 weeks b4 I saw the surgeon 2 say its ok 2 wear normal bras. I totally 4got 2 ask bout goin braless!! X

well im braless 24/7 as i have a band, so think that its up to you surgeon really, i’ll be sports bra’d up in two weeks, and will prob always sleep in one, even though i used to sleep braless before my op (there was nothing to sag, get saggier or get in the way before) xx

It’s best to keep it on to hold everything in place. There’s a higher risk of the implants bottoming out or pointing in different directions x
