    Sleeping on my back in this upright position is VERY uncomfortable… How long till u cud lay on ur front or side without any pain or discomfort? (Girls with unders)

    Having my op sunday and am not looking forward to sleeping upright, iv bought a V pillow i think u put it round your neck so ur heads supported everyone has said its a god send. Also iv read about girls using a pillow under their boobs to keep em supported whilst layin on their side xx

    Hmmm I might try the pillow under boob thing thanks. Yeah I have a v pillow, I sleep with it on top of normal pillows but slaunted down abit if u know what I mean. It more comfortable but still can’t wait to sleep on my front x

    I’m 4 weeks po on Saturday and I can sleep on my side but its still a little uncomfortable :-( x

    I can hardly sleep in the upright position its horrible and I have woken up with an achy bum :( . Cant wait till I can just lie down normally xx

    While you’re still sleeping on your back I found a pillow of two behind the back of my knees helped. Stopped bottom or my back and bum ache so much!! I started sleeping on side about 4 weeks, I’m 6 weeks today and it’s still uncomfortable and end up on my back most of the night xx

    I’m 5 weeks post op and I’ve been sleeping on side since like 1-1.5 weeks po and on my front since about 2 weeks po but depends what your comfortable doing some people can’t sleep on their fronts for ages xx

    Iv been sleeping on my side from 1.5 weeks but proped up on my v pillow then flat from abt 2 weeks I woke up this morn half on my front and I’m not 4 weeks till fri! It dint hurt or owt! It won’t be long hun then u will forget all abt the 1st uncomfortable week. My numb bum killed me I put a hot water bottle in a towel under it in 1st few days :) x x
