    I have no pain from my boobs, it’s all in my back from sleeping upright! Can I lie flat at 6 days PO? Why do we have to keep up right, does anyone know?

    You don’t need to sit up up rite you sleep which ever way u feel comfy im 1 week post op from re op with uplift and bigger implants and I’m sleeping on my sides n back x
