Hey girls I’m 11 days post op and just wondering when you all started sleeping on your side again, I feel like I can but don’t want to if it’s going to affect the final result of my BA as obviously I am still in the process of healing, Not sure whether I’m being too cautious or not cautious enough ! It’s so hard judging what I should and shouldn’t be doing ! I’m in desperate need of a good nights sleep ! Sleeping upright on my back is just not the same haha !

Start when it feels comfortable to hun.. i started slightly leaning and then fully on my side and put my v pillow slightly under the side i was lying on to support.. but honestly we treat them like egg shells.. soon enough u will get used to them and laying on ur side wont bother u xx
