I know you have to sleep half up half down for a good few weeks. Just bought a v pillow but how long or even can you sleep on your front after a BA? I like to sleep on my front with hands above my head other wise I can’t get to sleep. Dreading not sleeping :-(.x

Thanks loads girls. I’m more panicking about the sleeping than the actual BA lol. Iv got a v pillow thick and firm one from Argos so hopefully that will help me. I lie head to side arms above my head on my tummy only way can get to sleep even then don’t sleep well. Will be praying for the day I’m 2/3months post op lol.xx
