Tell me about it, I have always loved sleeping on my front, especially since i have a lower back problem on and off! I’m pretty sure it’s not a good idea as we can squash them and change their shape over time xx

Im really paranoid about squashing them now, i always end up on my front when im asleep x

I can sleep in pretty much any position (26days post op). After a while it does become uncomfortable on my front because it feels like a pressure on my chest but it is possible to fall asleep this way.

Maybe depends on the size of implants? I’m 410 and get away with it.

I’d check with the nurse if you have any doubts, i’m sure i saw a post on here last week where someone had described exactly what the surgeon had said giving reasons why not to do it as it can change the structure or shape over time if done regularly , i’m probably going to avoid if if i can x

    Hey,

Apparently sleeping on your front any time after your op will mis-shape your boobs!!

I had a back massage at about 8 weeks post op and was fine :) the nurse just told me to place a rolled up towel under my boobs for support. Xxx

Girls don’t worry, I don’t think there’s any concerns about being on your front on a temporary measure. We’ve all got to go for sunbeds/sunbathe, have massages, even women who go for physio.

I think as long as you listen to your body. I feel comfortable on my front so I don’t feel I’m doing any damage. It’s not as if your constantly pressing on the implant for hours upon hours. It’s only temporary :)
