Does sleeping on your side effect your boobies in anyway – I’ve heard it makes them sag is this true?

Not sure if this is true,I was advised to sleep on my back head and shoulders elevated for 2 weeks, but continued to sleep on my back,I did rolled on to my side a couple of times but found it too uncomfortable,Im 2 years post op and still find it better to sleep on my back, but that depends on the individual, and what you feel makes you comfortable, plus if you sleep on your back you wont crease your face, that’s my theory, lol.xxx
