Two weeks post op and today have rolled onto my side and it felt fine! No pain! Just wondered, is it ok to sleep on our side if we feel ok? Or will it mess up the shape or anything – should be stay on our backs for 6 weeks?

Just watch your arms girls. You can pretty much lie upside down if you want. Just try and keep your arms down rather than sprawling them out, you’ll feel a tightness in your scars if your stretching too far. Just a wee recommendation so you keep the neat scar line.

    Enjoy your sleep girls :)

Haha I hated sleeping upright, I was so grumpy! You have to stay upright for a week hun then you should be fine to lay flat on your back – my nurse confirmed it to me at my one week check x x

Try a v pillow with one side under your head and the other resting betwwen your boobs it helps me loads and im 3 weeks post uplift and i did the same when i had my implants last year, it helps with the aching loads. xx
