sleeping position????

Can anyone plz tell me how long your supposed to sleep in upright position thanks xx

With me it was a week and at my 1 week post op app the nurse gave the all clear to sleep on my back. I used to sleep at an angle rather than completely upright because I started getting bum and back aches.

I start off lying up right but been waking up flat or on my side. Hope this doesn’t do any damage! Xxx

@alli-w I’m the same Hun!! Seen the nurse on wed & she said a couple more days & i can sleep on my back so i am now. Ask the nurse when u see her Hun xx

Yep I’d ask the nurse Kelly at your one week post op app and get the all clear first just to be on the safe side.
