Hi all. I’m 3.5 weeks post op now and have stopped sleeping propped up. I still use my v pillow but the last few nights I’m waking up on my side. It’s not painful at all and my boobs feel fine. Is this going to cause problems with healing? Every surgeon seems to say something different, and I have just over 2 weeks until my 6 week check when I can talk to a nurse.

I woke up a few times on my side and I’ve had mine a year next month. It didn’t impact on how they dropped or how they healed. Hope it helps xxx

Hi Vanda, I’ve been waking up on my side again recently too, I’m not in any pain so just being careful still! How are you healing now? Are you feeling back to yourself? I can’t believe how quick it’s gone for us! X

Hi beaut! I feel great. Sometimes my nipples ache cos of the bra squishing them but other than that no issues really. My left scar was raised and felt lumpy but I’ve used silicone gel the last 2 days and it’s almost flat already! Looks so much better!
They feel softer every day and I feel like they’re absolutely part of me.

How about you? How are you getting on with yours?x

That’s great! My nipples are very sensitive now and again but I think being in the bra isn’t helping. Other than that I’m feeling great, they’re settling really nice I’m so pleased with them! My scars are so neat and almost unnoticeable already so I’m happy about that! So pleased you’re recovering well too! X
