sleeping sitting up

Hi wondered if anyone can help. Il will b 3 weeks post op wed and i cant bear sleeping sitting up any more how many weeks were u b4 u slept normal again.Also how many weeks b4 swelling finaly all gone want to get measured for a normal bra.how long did u ladys stay in yr sports bras i had 300cc overs.cheers guys

im only one week post op and other then first few nights iv just slept on normal pillow woops i dont know what that means .

got messured yesterday for a normal bra.

and i was told not to wear sports bra or nebra for six weeks but today i had to wear a bra.

not saying ne of this is rite as its not advised but this is what i have done.

hi max30 i was only told to sleep sitting up for 7 days i saw the nurse yesturday and said it was fine to sleep on my back and on my side im 9days post op today, hope this helps x

mr adamo was my surgeon and he did not advise a particular way, he just said sleep comfortably, u can change positions once u r not comfortable n with him u dont need to wear a bra, but i did wear a sport bra 4 a week n a half n now i wear the non wired bra, and am 4weeks 2days

AHH thats so good to here mayb tonight il sleep i was told to sleep sitting up for 6 weeks but i cant hack it anymore.Also when could u have a soak in the bath ive been having showers but want to chill in a nice hot bath??
