sleeping upright and tanning

Im 2 weeks post op today, woop woop! How long did you girls sleep propped up and on your back? Don’t think Im ready to sleep on my side yet, ouch, but feel ready to get rid of the pillows?

Also, I am as white as a sheet and Im going out at the weekend. Can I use a sunbed if I cover the scars? Or fake tan if I avoid the scars? Think Id be a bit worried incase the fake tan ran into the scars or something so would prefer sunbed.

i slept on my side for the first time about 2 weeks but that was cos i was pissed and woke up that way lol…prob around 3 weeks before i felt ok to lie flat but i had an uplift too….they say 6 weeks for a sunbed hun but its a personal choice i think…i was 4 weeks post op when i went on a sunbed but i had babywipes over my entire boobs lol cos of my scars xxx

i went for my week check on monday and was told i can start laying flat now so just taken away a few pillows so im bit lower, does feel weird tho going from been propped up to nearly flat! ive tried getting on my side but not very comfy so gunna wait a bit longer x
