i forgot to ask my nurse today. when can i sleep normal again and not proped up im a week post op today xx

    Menu

I slept on my side from night 3. It’s not really a big deal. Think the first week really just to help the swelling. Just try and sleep in a comfortable position for you and your boobies :)

    xx

I slept on 3 pillows for the first week, then went back down to my normal 2 pillows. Didn’t find it comfortable to sleep on my side until after 3 weeks :-( and still can’t sleep on my front at nearly 2 years! x

Thank god I’m not the only one!!! I cried before I went to bed last night as I was dreading it so much. I even got my husband to drag an armchair upstairs and slept in that, it wasn’t too bad and at least my ass wasn’t totaly dead!!! I still dont think I could lie flat though as every time I move when I’ve been sleeping for a while I get these stabbing, red hot poker pains going through my nips. Oh the joy of having boobs XX
