I am 10 days post op and still finding it hard to sleep, I am in pain on a night.. starts at around 5pm every day.. it is bearable but on a night I long to lie on my side or just have a normal nights sleep..
when did you find sleeping became back to normal?????

Rach i know what u mean. i,m not so much in pain during the night but finding it v hard to stay on my back all night, am used to sleeping on my side.keep waking up on my side too hope am not doing my implants any harm by doing this…for ur pain u cud try make sure u have ur last 2 painkillers as close to bedtime as u can..it shud get easier darl xx
dont know if it will help u tryin to stay on ur side i used a breatfeeding pillow it curves round ur back so i was able to lie flat but have that had my pillow so my head was on it and it was round my shoulders it stopped my turning on my side! best thing i had haha xxx
HI guys – yeah I ha a Vpillow.. but I have got used to it and now find myself thinkings its a normal pillow.. yeah your right its more annoying than anything else.. I just can’t wait to be pain free – as I don’t want to be moaning about pain anymore as people may think I am never happy and ungrateful of my new boobies.. which I am NOT as I love them.. worth any discomfort – but its very annoying!! lol x
