SLEEPING.. when will I be able to sleep normal?? advice needed Started by: rachf

    Hiya guys-

    I am 10 days post op and still finding it hard to sleep, I am in pain on a night.. starts at around 5pm every day.. it is bearable but on a night I long to lie on my side or just have a normal nights sleep..

    when did you find sleeping became back to normal?????

    Aww god bless me if you still cant sleep properly after ten days haha

    I had my op on thursday and can honestly say ive had about 8 hours sleep since then.

    ive had unders so i can feel every little movement i make :-( x

    hey rach i was like u i was stil sleeping proped up up to 2 weeks post op mine was quite sore during the night was more annoying more than anythin but was very tender when i woke up for the first 30mins then i was fine again xx

    Rach i know what u mean. i,m not so much in pain during the night but finding it v hard to stay on my back all night, am used to sleeping on my side.keep waking up on my side too hope am not doing my implants any harm by doing this…for ur pain u cud try make sure u have ur last 2 painkillers as close to bedtime as u can..it shud get easier darl xx

    dont know if it will help u tryin to stay on ur side i used a breatfeeding pillow it curves round ur back so i was able to lie flat but have that had my pillow so my head was on it and it was round my shoulders it stopped my turning on my side! best thing i had haha xxx

    Hey i mite go get 1 of them i never heard of a breast feeding pillow, long time since i was pregnant lol..thanx 4 that x

    wel i think thats what it was its my brothers gf its like a u shape she used it when she was breatfeeding so she didnt get a sore back if u get me xx

    HI guys – yeah I ha a Vpillow.. but I have got used to it and now find myself thinkings its a normal pillow.. yeah your right its more annoying than anything else.. I just can’t wait to be pain free – as I don’t want to be moaning about pain anymore as people may think I am never happy and ungrateful of my new boobies.. which I am NOT as I love them.. worth any discomfort – but its very annoying!! lol x
