sleeping without a bra!!!

i am 3 weeks post op and my sports bra hurts like hell…..could i go one night sleeping without one on???? xx

When mine hurt like hell honey,I bought a bigger back size and wore that for bed it felt a bit more comfy whilst I was still healing,try that lovely,I know I have read some have slept without bras but I didnt dare I was scared I made them sag,but thats just me,big hugs honey.xxx

I found sleeping in a primark crop top good. As seamless all round n still keep u in place. U get two in a pack as well. I have worn no bra at night in the begining but now just wear the above xx

gnats i agree i have a crop top for bed think i got mine from matalan. its definatley not a sports bra but it does offer some support. and its so cumfy.

when is it that you can actually not wear a bra for bed? does anyone know? i sleep in the nudy lol and it just feels wrong wearing a bra lol
