Slendertone abs

Anyone used a Slendertone belt on their abs & got good results? I’m 7 wks post op from having 3 areas of laser lipo (before & after pics in my album) & want to get really toned & help tighten my skin up now. I already walk 6 miles/2 hrs a day to & from work & have been using the belt 2 wks now…no results yet but it does say 8 wks…xxx

got for the 6 weeks of no excercise then the belt for abs was 30 pounds and uses the same controller- controller is usually 70 pounds on its own!!!

Yeah I’ve already got the Abs Flex Max belt & been using it for 2 weeks thanks hun, got a good deal on Tesco for £55 but wondered if anyone else had good results using it on their abs? xxx

well my bf is seeing results but you gotta be ruthless with going up to higher numbers & programs! if you can take the pain you see the results much quicker!

Not painful, just feels weird. There’s 99 levels & I’m on 75 at the mo but only on the 3rd programme out of 9 so far xxx

Can u still use these when ur implants are new? Is that a blonde question? I don’t want to give them little shocks if they wont like it. Ive had results from mine but I do lots of exercise with it so its hard to say how effective it is x

I got the slender tone system abs for xmas and Ive just started seeing results. My tummy is a lot firmer and I am starting to see slight muscle definition. I do two sessions a day with it and have it between 80 – 99. It is really good and I quite like it not painful or anything. xx

@Belle. Will let you know how I get on hun. Its good cuz its not alot of effort to use it lol. At the mo. I do 20 sit ups a day, 15 minutes on my exercise bike and 25 mins with slendertone so hopefully I will see results quite soon!

I’ve got the belt works wonders for me I still do sit ups 400 front and 200 each side and then the belt for 30min… X

does it actually work tho? I had a cheap one before and i had to use conductive gel and it hurt tummy like it was pinching it. Would like a slendertone one but dont wanna waste so much money on something if its not that good. Anyone pleased with the results so far? xx

They will this does .. Doesn’t hurt lol mines about 3 year old it does the trick n I see it straight away! Stick it on max ha! If you use it like it says u will get the results n I do my own sit up too do I get really good results! X

Ooh sounds good, I want one but they’re quite expensive, I’ve got a bit of a flabby stomach so would it work without doing Cardio, as I’ve heard it only works if you do exercise with it, can u see results just using it on its own?? xx

Kristy you’re a machine!! haha I coukldnt manage 400 situps and then 200 on side hhaa I think I do about 20 and that does me! haha then I use belt for 30mins

heya! i bought slendertone abs a few days ago as they had a discount on their website- it does feel like its working! i use it on a really high power as i have fairly strong abs already from doing cardio at the gym everyday and doing crunches and planks. you can feel it work and the next day it feels like you’ve had a good workout! try to exercise and diet with it aswell. it doesn’t make you lose fat, it just tones up the muscle so fit it into youre regime, dont rely on it to replace exercise!

I have been using mine in combination with walking and eating healthily (not OTT, but just common sense good, healthy meals) – I think it is definitely helping my routine take effect a lot quicker. I got mine on http://www.slendertonesystemabs.co.uk – cheapest place that I found it (£69.99)
