Slept last night without sports bra – oops!

Hi all! I’m 3 weeks post op and last night I took my bra off and fell asleep. I woke up this morning in a panic! Do you think I have caused any damage to my new boobs? Another thing is I think my boobs have shrunk! They don’t seem as big as a few days ago . xx

it will just be that the swelling has gone down love that all did u have overs or unders? & i dont thnk it will matter with it only bein the 1 night x

It shouldn’t do any harm, it’s up to the surgion if you have to wear a bra or not my surgion said it was fine not too so I hardly wore a bra with both my ba’s and they turned out great!

i stopped wearing my sports bra soon as i had the tape off stitches as the bra rubbed a bit, i didnt wear it day or night and felt better without it – my surgeon said it wouldnt make a difference and didnt need to wear it – im 3 months post op
