Slept with NO BRA!

I forgot to put a sports bra or my Macom on last night. So slept bare! Does this matter? And can I do it more often. ? It was so comfortable!

eh ive been sleeping without a sports bra on since they said everything was fine at my 6 week check up lol! its been great lol, should i be wearing 1? x

I sleep in a sports bra or my macom 98% of the time. ~I think i have slept bra free a couple of times in my 18 weeks post op.

i sleep bra free at least 2/3 times a week and it aint done mine any harm x

Don’t worry about it hun, my surgeon (Mario) told me to go bra-less for two whole weeks! That along with 4 weeks of a breastband and I’ve spent more time out of a bra than in one and I don’t think they’ve even dropped! x

I’m 8 weeks po and don’t wear a bra to bed. My nurse told me at my 6 wk check up I don’t need to so I hope this is right xx
