Hey I had a mini lift (no kids/breastfeeding) was told I had slight sagging also.
An implant is a weight, if you add this to a slight sag itll bring it down even more tbh and mean u have a higher chance of having to have an uplift sooner rather than later.
An uplift cam restore a youthful shape not just pull up the sagging also it can help and over stretched skin.
It works out a lot more to have them done separately and my surgeon refused to do my ba without a mini uplift because she said the easily wouldn’t look as good. I’m really pleased with them and glad I did it, befoew she pointed it out to me I didn’t feel they were saggy at all.
