Slightly worried

So girls! I’m 5 and a half months PO. For the last month, maybe a little more i keep getting a horrible dull ache in my left boob! It’s not sore to touch or burning or hard, am I panicking over something silly or could there be a problem? Any advice will be lovely 🙂 xx
