small pinkish dots on left boob? 3days po

not sure if this is normal or if its to do with my macom im wearing? has anyone else had anything like this?

I did but it was a reaction to the tape mr Kazzazi wrapped me up in!xx

oh i havent had any tape lol hmm ill ask at my post op. might be the washing powder or something, i feel fine though so not worried x
