smoking?????

im struggling to stop smoking, ive gone to menthol and cut down my op is next wk !!!

have you tried any help? patches or the self help cigs that have nothing bad but nicotine in? you even breathe out what looks like smoke but is infact water vapour there fantastic!

no ive tried to go cold turkey it didnt work i got so stressed its unreal, didnt realise how much i rely on them lolx

hey hun, theres a few girls on here that didnt stop completely and they were fine i didnt stop either but ended up with wound tension, i was one of the unlucky ones to have prolonged healing but 9 times out of 10 its fine x

i have cut down but i dont think i can completley stop lol x

I did not stop and :-)got a great set of top bollox with no probs at all x

I couldnt stop either! I came out waiting for my lift n had a crafty fag :-% xx
