Smoking !!???

Hey hunis

I am trying so hard to give up smoking but it’s so hard it’s been 3 days and I have cut down to 3 a day and I am pulling my hair out I use to smoke about 20 a day and rly want to give up b4 my ba even tho I have a few months, any advise on how to make it easier ? I have tried the patches and all that a few years ago and they never helped ? Xxxx

If any one has any advice please share thank you xxx

what about that tablet that they do now? cant remember what its called but it kills the receptors in the brain that tell u u need a fag..maybe worth trying huni think u have 2 go through ur gp to get them x

Oo rly I haven Hurd of it , I will defo go to my gp and ask for it I am pulling my hair out finding it do are haven had one today xxx

it would help u loads my mate was smoking about 20/25 a day and she stopped smoking with them. i never thought she would ever give up but they actually do work! x

hi hun. im probs not much help as only had my ba this morning buy i usually snoke 10-16 a dqy and i cut down to about 6-7 when i was 2 days pre op. i told the nurse this beforw my sugery exactly what i said above and she said that brillaint. also a lovly girl on here called flicky cut down to 8 a day and she heeled quite quick. evwry one is differnt but i plan to have fag when i get home. ill let you know how my heeling goes. but try not to stress hun. 3 a day is nothin conpared to 20. weldone and dont worry xx

Hey I think the tabs are called champix I gave up with will power n just thinking about my new boobs helped me and also the price of them I’d been smoking for nearly 20 years given up everytime I had a baby and for a few years good luck in giving up or just cutting down x x

Thanks so much huni am getting there I only started to cut down on Monday and today I have only had one ! All I have been thinking about is my new boobs the more money I have the sooner it can be lol I am due to have my ba in aug but if I haven got the money in time I can move the date back a bit I payed my deposit last week xxx

Hey I’m trying to cut down/quit too. Only booked my BA last week but its in 7 weeks. Only smoked 6-7 a day anyway. Have cut down to 5 a day since Monday and going to try 4 a day next week but don’t know how I will actually be able to quit completely! It’s so bloody difficult! Xx

Mine are now £6.84 bloody rip off! Am still on 5 days & going strong! Xx

It is ridiculous the pice of them now, yestday I only had one so I am getting there well done Hun xxxx
