sneezing

I’m to scared to sneeze I had rhino on Monday, has anyone else sneezed I’m trying to hold it back x

i’m so glad you’ve asked this as i’d like to know too. how do you hold the sneeze back? ive tried practicing (lol) but the only way i can hold mine back is by holding my nose!! which will b a big no no when ive had the surgery :-/

I’ve told my parents that when I go into sneeze mode to do whatever they can to distract me lol, but when they ain’t here I’m just avoiding looking at the light and just close my eyes, I know that pretty soon I’m going to cave in and sneeze, but it’s only when I wake up in the morning, once I’ve been up a few hours the urge disappears, I think it might be the dry blood making me want to sneeze x

ohh. do they tell you to clean the inside of your nose or anything to maybe get rid of some of the stuff in nose? or do we not do that till later?x

That’s a good question actually! I’ll have to read the post op instructions see what it says on there, I haven’t touched my nose at all really only to put the gauze under it, but I would assume that they would rather us not touch it unnecessarily x

Dont hold the sneeze back ladies! Like Chloe said, open your mouth and sneeze out of it. Wont hurt at all x

Thanks, if I get the urge tomorrow I will sneeze, I suppose after the 1st sneeze you know what to expect, its just the fear more so for me x
