Ok then… The other week I was trying to contact my PC, I tryed about 3 times a day for about 4 days.. I spoken to her this weekend and stated I wanted to upgrade my implants and she said she will do it for me on tuesday, so tuesday has come and I rang her to upgrade, she then said she is in liverpool today so can’t so I will have to ring the manchester clinic and someone will there (bare in mind my op is a week tomorrow so the last day I can upgrade is tonight!!) I then rang mya clinic in manchester and explained the situation and told them I am worried about how after care is going to be as before my op has been pretty bad customer service!!! Soo the lady I was on the phone to said my PC is meant to do this for me but she will give me a call back within the next 5minutes and take the payment etc. Ovbiously I wanna no what size will be getting ordered but she said she wouldn’t know!! .. Half an hour later I am still waiting for this phone call.. Its driving mee madd! Soo angry I’m pre op and just want to change companys cus I feel they haven’t been very customer focused!!
