So annoyed!!! I want an appointment with my surgeon(still waiting on a call back

I’m having my surgery first week of feb and I have questions that I’m not more informed of and I want to discuss it with my surgeon but I was offered a time then I took off work and called back to confirm only to be told my a different receptionist that his full and they will have to call and get back to me. No call back , this morning called and spoke to a co ordinator who said reception will call me at 11, so it’s 2pm now and no call back…I left a message and waiting to hear now

Paid alot of money I expect better service than this( cannot fault Nadja collin who is my patient co odrinator she is so lovely) but these other people I’ve been dealing with are making me a little annoyed now as I’ve already taken off work

Ok vent done:-

I know another appointment is not necessary but I want to see him to put my mind at rest… I’ve come to th conclusion I’m going to go sit them and wait to be seen:/

Thats ridiculous hun. I wouldn’t be happy with tht kind of treatment either. Fortunately have been a lucky one as MYA Cardiff have been great can’t fault them. Speak to MYA Mod. She always sorts stuff xxx
