So Annoyed!! Service is a joke!!

So my full balance is due by tomorrow. I’ve contacted my pc 3 times and now she is away until 15th july. which isnt useful! Especially when i asked for answers last week. Rang the newcastle office and no one answered!! All i want to know is if they sorted my £250 off my op and how much is due to pay is that really so much to ask for!!!!
