so annoyed with my bank !!

I’ve been trying to get credit for ages and keep getting knocked back even for low-limit credit cards and a phone contract so when my mum said she doesn’t know if she can get me a loan for my BA I was so upset so she made me an appointment to go into my bank and find out why I can’t get any credit whatsoever the woman tolold her on the phone its probably because I still have a student account , I haven’t been a student for 2 years and they sent me a letter a while ago saying they had changed my account to a standard current account wwith a booklet explaining the changes to my account etc !! But apparantly they haven’t even changed it !! So now I’ve got bad credit for trying to get credit and getting rejected all the time !
