so annoyed!!

So I travelled all the way to Manchester for my pre op today, only to be told the nurse I need to take my blood tests isnt here today, what a waste of time, so now I have to travel back on Tuesday after work to have the blood tests taken… frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it seems as soon as mya get the money off you, thats it … anyone else has any problems xx

Hi xdxexbxsx, I am so sorry to see this. The clinic will be closed now and it is closed tomorrow but I will pick this up on Monday.

Thankyou, I appreciate this & hope something can be resolved, especially as my surgery has cost me nearly £5500, I would expect a better service than this.
