I’m 4 days post op now and to be honest i still feel pretty out of it, tired, bit dizzy, bloated and uncomfy. I’m not in much pain and haven’t taken any painkillers today. My cousin took me to supermarket earlier to get a few bits, and i didn’t feel too special walking around in there! Everyone is different though hun, think you should just see how you feel and don’t put too much pressure on yourself to do things after your op. xx

Hi girls, I’m 4 days post op too… Feeling better than I have been but still feel out of it too carlab… I was hoping to go back to work this week but thinking I won’t be able to now, will prob leave till monday and have a restful weekend! Got any tips to make this week easier or more fun im starting to go crazy!!x

I had 460 overs with Mr Singh nikki. One minute I feel ok and think I’m fine the next I feel crap again! Just takes some time I guess. I’ve booked this week off work Rachael, and may take next week off too. I’ll see how I am. I’m also starting to go crazy! I’ve been watching daytime TV, reading mags, have a stack of DVDs….I’m a really active person and finding it so hard not being able to do much. xx

I know me too! im at my boyfriend’s house so haven’t even got girly dvds! he looked at me in the bath last night and said “Babe you’ve got a belly!!!!” Felt like crying!!!! ‘(x

I’m on my own at home, my boyfriend stayed with me saturday and sunday but had to go to work yesterday, so i’m a bit lonely too…. Your probably all bloated hun, bet you haven’t got a belly! I am starting to feel fat, trying to eat healthily but its not easy when friends bring chocolate and sweets round! xx

lol im sure u havent got a belly rachael.. im not looking forward to not being able to do anything after by the sounds of it i def wont be goin out 4 my bday.. Is the pain really bad girls? and dya think il need more than a week off work? x xx

You’re on antibiotics for 5 days after post op so that doesn’t help so feeling drowsy and no alcohol doesn’t benefit in going out. Besides, they do recommend to rest for 7 days post op with very minimal movement. Hard to do for me as I get restless but you have to keep in mind that the stitches need to heal properly or else you may tear them which only proplongs the healing..

the pain isn’t bad for me at all nikki. the painkillers are really good but 4 days post op i haven’t even taken any today. just feel a bit weird from the antibiotics i think!

thanks girls, i got really angry with him but bless him he’s being so good! think im just overly emotional! I’m planning on definitely going back to work next week as I don’t need to do anything too strenuous in my job- I think a week is generally enough but totally depends on you x there’s a giant box of thornton’s chocolates tempting me nooooo xx

the worst pain for me was straight after the op when they took me back to my room, but they gave me morphine and that was great! since then the pain has been minimal really. I haven’t needed to take many of the painkillers they give you. My right breast feels more sore and swollen than my left, and its a bit sore around the incision site. Mr Singh tapes you up quite tightly so I think that makes it a bit uncomfortable. I’m taking that off tomorrow though, when my boyfriend is home to help me! I think it depends on what job you do as to how long you need off and also if you have overs or unders as i think unders take a bit longer to heal. I have to drive 40mins each way for work which i don’t really want to be doing until I feel properly ok. If I take another week off I’ll get signed off, don’t want to be using more hoilday up! xx

im worried that im gonna eat loads after and be a fatty lol where i cant do any exercise and being bored i just know il end up eating i need willpower lol!i work in an office so hopefully il be okay 2 go back coz i dont wanna waste any holiday either

Yeah, I agree with Rachel, the antibiotics is making me tried and bloated like a pregnant women with all the burping and farting… Haha.. Luckily today is my last day.. Woohoo!! I stopped the painkillers after day 1 as I was getting constipated from it. Being dealing with the pain alright, feeling when getting up from lying or sitting where the incisions are but the pain is tolerable. It’s my second ba and I think it doesn’t feel as bad as the first time..

They say active/fit people tend to recover better so if u are, then it shouldn’t be too bad. I think it’s more about feeling discomfort than pain, than anything else.. But since you are all swollen up and numb, pain isn’t as bad. Depends a lot of things as well, if u getting large implants it might be more painful.. But not by much. If u are doing unders then definitely painful!!!… If u are really active, having overs is best. Xx

Im having 380cc low profile overs so hopefully shouldnt be to bad! how long do u have to take the antibiotics for?

Im 4 days post op too, i still feel a bit rubbish, no pain in my boobs but i feel dizzy, sick and have a headache. Only taking the painkillers for my headache now. I managed a twenty minute walk this morning and then nipped to the supermarket with my mam – i think this was a bit naughty but im going out of my mind…. Also, ive put 4lb on but 2lbs of that will obviously be boobs and the rest bloatedness, ive been eating healthily and dont really have a very big appetite at the moment!! xxx

Are you sure u want low profiles?,,, see my pics. Both ops I got high and first looked fine and second is looking good so far after 6 days post op. Who’s ur surgeon?..

I couldn’t image havin low, as they would look sagging on me especially I was originally small a, well more like a double aa.

Yeah, day 2 went to tgi Fridays and stuffed myself with jalopenos which helped my run to the toilet are times later that day.. And 2days ago, I been taking 2 senokot tablets at night to help to go.. More so to stop the bloating, burping and farting!!.. Which helped!.. Thank god 1 more dose of the antibiotics to go!!..

Feeling bloated makes me feel so fat!.. I keep rubbing my stomach as if I had a baby inside there.. On current pics, I look so bloated compared to my before pics..

Haaha i keep rubbing my stomach too, if i havent got my hands on my fat tummy there on my howge boobs. I got a strange look in the macdonalds drive through the other day when i went with my mam. Asking for a Mcchicken sandwich with a hand on each breast probably looked slightly strange!! xxx

Nikki, u do realize that natural big boobs actually are really saggy. I think u mite achieve dd. I want perky natural shape boobs.

Rachael, thanks! I wanted to be 32e to look like dd cup. At the mo, 6 days post op, I measured myself and so far I am 32e. As for high or low, mostly they are high profiles. Do u have pics before and after? What size were u before? U can tell if u have high or lows anyway, lows basically means there is like 80% or less filled depending on brands and high is full filled. X

Tina well I’m already a C so yeah hopefully and Mr C explained the difference between the low/med profiles and high profiles as with the high profiles they are more full at the top than the others and round and the low are wider if you get what I mean I think they are still filled the same just diff shapes sort of?

Hello everyone, I am also 4 days post op, feel bloated, tired and generally drowsy! Glad it’s not just me. Not looking forward to tape off, hope it doesn’t take a layer of skin with it! My boobs feel like they have been taped under my arms!! Ha ha, Lactulose is really good at keeping things moving and tastes sweet. tae it before you go to bed and evrything is back to normal in the morning – it works brilliant! happy healing booby friends (just looking at the bikini range in NEXT on line – at last I can wear one!!! xxx

Nikki, cos u already got some breast tissue the lows will basically fill what u don’t have. But the low, med, highs are either round or tear drop shape but they are definitely different fill amount which is why the high profiles is suppose to create the top breast fuller but as I have responsives (softest), I get the natural shape anyway as the implant settles, the bottom part of breast will be filled more to have that natural shape. Your boobies will look great. I know some who have had dr t and they have achieved great results x

Cc is just the weight of the implants. The case of the implant will be slightly bigger for 380cc low profiles round so that it is not full compared to 380cc high profile round. Xx

hi tinaloveable, i was an empty b before… I have taken before and after pics on my phone but not got them up yet… will try to get them up asap. mine seem a lot squarer in comparison to yours, is that because I’ve had them under the muscle? i hope they do go natural looking as right now they are very high, square, hard and feel really far apart!! they look like snoopy from the side!!! x

Square?… It is only early and under takes much longer to settle. It is my second ba so it will settle even quicker cos I got existing pocket already.

I was told that if u have them under, you need to massage them regularly especially for the first year. If they are apart now, when you can massage them, massage them inwards. Also aggressive exercise will naturally move them apart as the muscles push them apart so massaging regularly would minimize them moving apart. Having unders, in the start they look funny shape but when they eventually settle that will be fine. I have had friends who’ve had unders and even after a year they are quite high, but that’s because they had quite big implants.

Hey Nikki – Glad you started this as my birthday is also 4 days after my op so I think after seeing what everyone has said I will postpone celebrations!!

My new boobs will be the best present anyway and definitely worth putting off my birthday for! xx
