So many bad comments on here, want to talk about the amazing service i've had!

It’s horrible to see all the comments on here recentley. I think MYA are over whelmed and really need to look into it ANYHOO……I had my ba on 20th Jan 2012. I had dr.kazzazi and he gave me exactly what i wanted, 505 low profile overs. I’m so happy with the size, and shocked how natural they look, everything was going perfect until i was 3 weeks po…i noticed a small hole under my left boob…i obviously went into total panic mode! As i live 10 mins from park hill hosptial i rang them and they asked me straight away to come down as mr kazzazi was there & could look & access. I couldn’t of asked for better service and even the hospital gave me anti biotics, dressings & offered me follow up appointments! I contacted MYA and the nurse called me in to leeds straight away a week later when it hadn’t cleared. They were amazing, they’ve offered me appointments straight away and always been on time to see me and put my mind at ease. I’ve since been back 3 times to leeds, each time i’ve seen the same nurse & also my surgeon. It’s really put my mind at ease & really shown me how good the aftercare is….im on more anti biotics and seeing them again next week but i can’t express how good they’ve been at seeing me, contacting me & keeping up to date with my appointments.

To any girls who are being put off by the bad comments don’t be. Among some of the bad there are people who will tell your amazing stories of service etc. I couldn’t of picked a better company and I feel totally at ease that things will get sorted and i have full support with MYa xxx

Same here Charlotte. Mya have been great with me so far. Had my op on Monday and had a call from my pc the Sunday night even though she wasn’t working that weekend, also had a call from the nurse the Friday before to see how I was feeling, had a good luck and stop worrying text off my PC on the actual day (again she wasn’t working that day), had a call from the nurse yesterday and even a call from the amazing receptionist Claire to check I was feeling ok! Xx

Yeah mine have been the same I just think it all depends on the clinic with the service to be honest but i couldn’t fault leeds! I just don’t want the newbies being put off as it’s such a good company xxx

Thanks for this girls – it’s great to hear the good stories. My experience has been amazing so far (even though I had op postponed – but that was due to MYA caring about me being well enough for the op).

I think we have to rememeber that it’s amazing that MYA have this forum, and it’s evidence that their service is great enough to leave themself open to the public like this. Other companies would have far more negatives in my opinion! xx

Yeah exactly bethy, and obviously as soon as something has gone wrong people air it, which is good but we need good comments on here as well! Haha. Yeah leeds are really good, never heard a compliant! Who was your surgeon & pc holly? xxx

Lovely to see some good feedback on here, I personally had a lovely experience & got some big lushious breasticles out of it. I know some people haven’t been as lucky & have nothing against them sharing it as i would, but always nice for newbies to come and see how good MYA is xx
