so many problems with mya…so glad i have 7days left!!!

Hi ladies, I’m new to this form so I thought I’d share my experience with mya, and hopefully help other women that have or are going through the same problems I went thought.

Number one problem I had was finance! This seemed to be mainly all of other peoples troubles.

I got rejected for there finance due to no credit history! I’m in full time working clearing way more than the criteria needed,so I was bit upset as from there point of view I had a good chance of getting the finance, so once being rejected I set out to find a loan I had been rejected from my bank,first medical loans, there was no hope for me! But I never gave up I wanted to have a ba so much I’d do anything, I even think I’ve effected my credit rating due to the fact I’ve applied for so many loans and got rejected (so learn from my lesson, don’t apply for to many in a small amount of time). To be honest I realised that there was no hope for me unless I had a co-signer which mya kept banging on about to me BUT They DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE CO-SIGN for loans anymore they stopped this 4months ago, god knows why they still have it advertised on there website.

And looked liked there staff didn’t know either I was miss-lead twice by two different people in the finance department hannah and tom who told me to get a co-signer, and with a lot of begging and pleading I finally managed to get one which was my grandparent, so on the understanding of him being one, not only would this increase my credit rating but he’d literally have nothing to do with the loan. So on the day the contract came through it was completely different to what we originally said it was solely in my granddads name, not a mention of me in there, I felt so let down by mya there was a lack of communication from there behalf, the only time they where helpful was when I was putting lump sums of money down. But my grandad did go through with the contract being in him name and that’s how I’m able to get it done

Another thing, mya never seemed to phone back when they say they will, they don’t reply to emails. But hey maybe that was just my bad experience with them! I’m just happy its all over and done with and I have 7days left!!!!

They also don’t reply to my emails…but I spoke to Alice on live chat the other day and appearantly someone will come back to me tomorrow…well I hope so. I still want to go with MYA, I just think they should be a bit more organised…but it is a very large company of course. xx

And there is no excuse for the lack of communication, we are paying a lot of money for these procedures, they should be able to give us excellent service.

Ahhh same! But I haven’t got the time yet here we go with the lack of communication from mya lol..I’m have 525unders! I wanted bigger but he said he’d refuse surgery lol xx

What surgeon u having kazzazi too??? Yeah I wanted 460 but he said he wouldn’t be able to fit them in. How old are u if u don’t mind me asking??? Who’s ur pc hunni? Xxx

I’ve got mr kazzazi as well, when did you find out the time? It weird how we’ve both got it on the same day yet I have no details of mine except its on the 15th at high gate. And I’m 19 but turning 20 very soon x

Finally found a booby buddy lol well hopefully we can say hi on the day. I found out last wed and then nurse called me on Friday to confirm it!! I’m a day case too!! Didn’t think anyone else was having it on Sunday!!! I cant wait!!! U all prepped? Im 22

REALLY wow! Well I’ll be chasing them up tomorrow as I’ve herd absolutely nothing from them and yes I’m sure we’ll bump into each other on the day, I just hope I have an early appointment!! Well I’m kind of ready, like I’ve brought new night gowns that button all the way at the front, and I’ve brought surgical bras from m&s but I’m hearing every ones getting sports bras what about you? X

Yea I wanted an earlier admission really but suppose 10 is just right. Yeah I’ve got everything now v pillows Macom bout 6 support bras button ups etc yep all done now just scared of going to sleep lol!! So frickin excited. Yeah call ur pc. I had Hollie and she’s been lovely and the nurse Helen! If u call they might have ur time xxx

Hun, both surgical bras/soft cup bras and sport bras will do, just make sure you are properly supported, and of course, avoid underwires.

Which clinic did you got to? I went holborn.

And yeah I suppose they do the same job! I’ve kept away from under wired bras cheers x

so where did you get the v pillow from? I’m thinking to get one but not sure yet x

I got one from John Lewis at it was nice and firm and one to keep round boyfriends just from a pillow shop! I think they will help especially as we are taped up and I’m bloody dreading it! Nurse said u can take tape off after three days though xx
