So nearly there….

2 weeks to go!

Had my pre op today, at the MYA clinic in Birmingham.

The nurse was lovely from wales but with a welsh mixed south african accent cuz shed lived there from an early age so nice to listen to lol.

She took blood and went through medical history, that went well but had to take swabs for mrsa virus which I was totally not expecting, especially as had to swab armpits and groin.. at least my smoking habits arent bad, i only smoke a minimal amount so insinuated its not tooo bad, but they do encourage you to stop.

Took photos and got the info on what to expect how it’ll all pan out blag blah.

It’s weird… it’s like its coming so fast im so excited but nervous. i never thought this would happen!!

I need to start to think about what to take with me, overnight case, and does anyone know when i need to start taking vitamins if at all?
