Just Need To No if Anyone else is or was a Smoker?

I stopped smoking before my op, wasn’t a heavy smoker before that tho x

Was It Just Before The Op Or Months?x

Dr Russo advised me to stop smokin 2-3 weeks before I av my op n the same 4 after xx

A couple of weeks before I think x

Oh Really, Ive been Told To quit Atleast 2months Before My Op!! I just Cant Do It

I think it slows down the healing but I can’t imagine its the end of the world if you don’t. I am going to try those electronic cigarettes, they’re supposed to be amazing. Someone I know was smoking 20 a day for years and got them and he’d not touched a cigarette since then, he said the electronic ones satisfy the craving so I’m up for trying them!

Well I Have Got The E-Cigarette & Still Cant Give Up, Im Booked In At The Doctors To Try Them Tablets You take for 7 days!… I just Dont want it to get to my ba then things go wrong because i smoke or did smoke. x

I was told try cut down, there was no way I could give up, cut down to ten before op healed fine, could have everything taken off scars 8 days post op as they healed well, although they are still more red than other girls having op similar time to me so don’t think it best thing to do xx

i tried to stop smoking but with all the stess and build up to the op i found that i couldnt stop completely, so i cut down, it is ment to slow down healing but my scars are fab xx
