So stuck :( any advice or pics i could see so appreciated!

Had my consult with mario today. Ok the problem is I’ve always wanted to go over the muscle, reasons are no distortion at gym, I’ve always thought they’d look more natural, feel more natural and most importantly I thought they could make the closest clevage with overs!

So when I seen mario today, he offered me size I think I want (380) but said defnitly defnitly only unders! He said overs would look stuck on and fake on me because not enough tissue on the top of my boobs anove the ****** to cover the implant with overs…

Traynor however said I cud have overs! Infact he wud only do overs on me.. But smaller thn I wanted (300 and maybe 340 bt probably not)

What do I do? Any advice? Anybody had unders who can prove me wrong about wt I think weith them?

I’m 8st and 30 a/small b.

I have to decide by tuesday so any pics of smaller overs ie between 260-340 or any pics of unders 340 n 380 wud be sooo helpful!

Hiya hun, did u try on the 380 in a sports bra?? I think you should go with the 380 unders, it will make u bigger than 300 overs, but then its completely up to you what you decide xx I was offered 340, 380 and 410 today! xx

If u really want overs then I would ask to see mr singh, he seems to much prefer overs and he is the surgeon mist likely to let you go bigger so you maybe able to get 380 overs from him, if not then you’ve not

Lost anything. If you don’t want to see mr singh I would definately advise you that u would be best seeing another surgeon as you have 2 surgeons that seem to have given u opposite and opposing opinions on what they can offer and the pinion of a 3rd surgeon should side with one of the options that you already have x

You’re right with overs not causing distortion at the gym which is a risk with unders but unders will look more natural hun, if you do not have enough tissue to have overs you are at increased risk of rippling particularly with a larger implant, CC risk is also more prevalent with overs. Personally I would opt with unders but you should see a third surgeon before you make your decision.

I don’t believe I have enough tissue for overs, I’m a 34A but I have seen two surgeons and both have said overs because of a problem with back/chest wall structure…therefore I have picked really small overs, 275cc soft touch as am really concerned about rippling.

Yeah I would have seen a 3rd surgeon at mya but I need to decide by tues because otherwise all dates before xmas are likely to have been taken, also I have seen 2 other surgeons previously ay transform, and they did same thing. One said small overs and other defs unders. I must be sitting on the fine line I think? Does anybody know anyone on here with great unders? Or anyboduy who has had trouble with unders? My main concern is having a large gap without a bra- thts my biggest fake boobie issue! Xxx

give unders time u will get a gd cleavage, but i kno what u mean about the gap..its a worry! defo think overs r better for the fake look tho so if u want natural id go with the unders! xx

Aw think I’m gona go for the smaller unders! You guys who have said on here look great with good clevage, jus scared I’m not gona have a good clevage! Probs only gna get 300 overs.. Gna beg him to use the 340s though xx

I had unders with Mario Hun, I’m nearly 12wks po but I haven’t managed to find a plunge bra in my size that gives a good cleavage yet. I went for unders as I had literally no breast tissue just skin xx

The only people I know which I have seen naked who have the boobs done is 2 ppl- my mam and uni friend. Both overs. Mint clevage and suit them perfectly- this is why I am so confused!! Wama go big but wana go over.. Can’t do both so I gota pick one! Eek leaning towards overs, I know I’ll b gutted with size though just keep thinking at least its an imporvement off what I’ve got! Xxx

I’m glad I went big, but I’m also glad I had unders, at the bottom off the implant where it’s not under the muscle I can feel the implant. If I had gone for over it would have been like that at the top as well, plus you probably would have been able to see the implant really bad so that’s why I’m glad I went for unders. But it come down to what you want as a finally result at the end of the day. I had to really push Mario for the larger unders though xx

id go for the big unders aswell i think, push for the 340 :)ive heard good things about mario tho, if u showed him that pic and said give me whatever will make me closest to this im sure he could make a more informed decision xxx

Hi Tones I went from 32AA (totally flat chested) and got outers, they were 245’s, that was 8 years ago, just had my 2nd BA last tuesday and got 485 extra high projection outers.

The important thing to know about the gap is it depends on how close or far apart your nipples are, as opposed to unders or overs.

My 485 XH-projection are a pretty big implant for someone with no natural breast tissue but as you will see from my photos, even though they are a big implant and are over the muscle, they is still sone gap between them.

Took my awhile to understand that mysekf as I couldnt understand how some girls seem to have less gap than me even with a smaller implant but it all depends on where ur nipples sit because the nipples must be in the centre of the implant or else you will look odd if you were to go topless on a beach (so my surgeon informed me).

I used to get great cleverage with the 245’s with thick heavy padded bra’s that primark sell

I think i have an ok clevage atm, cant really tell cos not much boob to see it! Haha so i am thinking i MAY be ok having unders, i just really really dont wana regret not going over.

Plus..I dont mind a little bit of a fake look as long as i have clevage. i might just chose smaller overs! But i will probs have to stop coming on here cos if im only getting 300 itl defs make me want bigger looking at the big boobs on here!haa xxx
