So upset

My op which was scheduled for this monday coming has been canceled this morning and im so gutted, cant even begin to explain how i feel having arranged for people to have anual leave to help with the kids and other arrangments. And ive built myself up to it for weeks, so to hear this is not very nice to say the least

Thanks girls. Its a bit complicated, to do with the fact they are pip’s, which is all the more reason i wanted them out, they have been causing me pain for over a year now, its just very stressfull xx

are they re-scheduling for you any time soon??? xx

Mini how come yours was canceled? You must be feeling as bad as. They are talking about 13th of march as a possible date holybol, which i know isnt too far off but right now it feels like a life time away x

Mine was cancelled because the MRSA test come back inconclusive. The only thing is, it turns out I never had it done in the first place!! Furious to say the least. I’m re booked for this coming Wednesday. It’s not really a convenient date and I’m going to struggle with school etc but I want it sorting ASAP. What was yours cancelled for? X

Thats terrible, i cant believe test results managed to come back inconclusive that never even took place! Glad you have got a date booked soon, its a shame its goin to be a problem with the timing, hope it all works out. Its all to do with the fact ive got the pips and the legalities of taking them out, etc. I curse the day i ever got the godforsaken things put in now xx

Im getting them replaced as well with a full uplift. I dont regret havin implants in, just the fact that they are the pip ones cos now ile have the worry about any long term potential harmful effects. I dont believe that the whole of europe can be wrong in reccomending all their pip victims get them out whereas our government dont state that. Its not like we have the most reliable government as it is xx

You’re right. I hope you get all this sorted soon. What’s in place if in the future these pip implants are proven to cause harm? I hope it doesn’t, but like you said every other country have reason to believe they aren’t safe. That French guy has a lot to answer for. Money grabbing scum bag!! X

Aww lozzalooloo so sorry to read your post, your must be devastated to say the least hun!! Heres hoping you get the go ahead for the 13th March and you dont have too long to wait. All I can say is try and stay positive hun and I’m sure it will all come good in the end… Chin up hun xxx

thats awful news hunny! i dont think they realise how upset you are you had the pips, and even though they are replacing free of charge, you need them out now, not when ever they feel you should be put in.

I know how disappointed you are feeling, I was due to have my tummy tuck on 13 dec but it was cancelled in November due to my surgeon having an op herself…rescheduled for 7 feb but found out few days before my iron levels were too low and so had to postpone again. You go through all the scary thoughts, get yourself all worked up and then once you get passed those and begin to look forward to it feeling positive it’s such a knock back to be told it can’t go ahead. It’s not just you tho it’s family and friends who have arranged to be there to help you, I felt like I was really messing them around.

I am a believer that things happen for a reason and I hope you get a new date soon, make sure you are on a cancellation list. Good luck xx

Awwe thats not nice for you cfp, did you get it done yet or get a new date set? I had all that with my iron bein low and then other stuff too, so when thats come back all ok and then this its like a double whammy. It is a big deal getting somthing like this done and i do think that the professionals need to realise this and that it can cause alot of stress when these set backs happen thru no fault of our own xx
