so upset and worried,genuinely need help :((

hi girls im really worried and i so much need some advices…im having my ba with mr chantarasak in 5 weeks time. its been my dream for years but after my surgeon consultation im getting more and more upset,worried and unsure if i should go ahead with it at all…Mr C seemed to b in a rush,a bit unfriendly and unapproachable,made me feel uncomfortable and a little intimidated,to the point when i felt too shy to ask any questions,which i know was very stupid….doctor didnt tell me absolutely nothing about the choice i had,different types of implants or sizes,the only question i was asked was how big i wanted to be,that was it,then he decided it was gonna be 340cc unders without actually talking to me about it or asking what i wanted. maybe at first i was too excited or thought i should trust the surgeon but now after reading many different post on this forum i realise that i wasnt offered what other girls have been,its only now i find out that there r different implant types (soft touch,cui…) i wasnt told that or some girls say they’ve been offered a choice of 3 different sizes,i haven’t…i don’t believe i am actually gonna get what i want if the surgeon doesnt know nothing about it and didnt even try asking…im so confused and upset,dont know what to do,been thinking about changing surgeon but then i would probably have to wait months for my surgery…waht do u think??xxx

You should ask your PC if you could possibly have a consultation with a different surgeon

I’d recommend Mr Traynor or Mario Russo (he’s fit) i would say they are the 2 most talked about surgeons on this forum x

Oohhhh sorry i skimmed through this really quick i didnt see that your ba was in 5 weeks. Maybe ask your pc for another consultation with Mr C to put your mind at ease…explain to her that you felt it was very rushed and you have questions unanswered x

Hey hun so sorry to hear that I went to meet the yummy mario and I felt so shy as he was gawjus !! But he offered me 3 sizes 380 410 460 I chose the 460 and he sed he will try his best to fit them in for me !! I rly hope he can I also showed him pics of what look I like and the size I wanted to be I also showed him pics of what I dnt like too, he went through the riscs that can happen and talked me through the actual surgery itself ! So sory for the essay !! Please let me no how u get on and who u chose to go with xxx

Hi hun go back and see him and ask everything you need to, i had mr c an at first i felt the same as u i left with more questions then i had before but i called my pc an rebooked to see him again an the 2nd time i saw him i actually really liked him, he is a man of few words but he is so professional an really knows what hes talking about. i thought he was abit abrupt when i first met him but the 2nd time i felt so much better an told him exactly what i wanted an when i had my ba i got exactly what i asked for. I like the way he is now because i wanted a good surgeon not a friend to have a chit chat with, him being as professional an less talkative actually helped because i was scared to even show a surgeon my boobs an i think if i had someone flirty an chatty it would of made me feel uncomfortable! but instead i saw him as a doctor which is what i wanted. definately go back to see him my scars are sooo tiny an hes done an amazing job i reccomend him so highly! just go back to see him youve got 5 weeks so thats more then enough time! hes at my clinic every friday so i could of gone back every week if i needed to, hes a legend i promise lol xx

It’s not too late to change surgeons Hun. This is a big thing n you really need to be comfortable with what’s happening. Why not ring your pc and just ask to see another surgeon. I did, I was booked in for my BA with Helena for today and on the 19th April I had a consultation with mr traynor because I was unsure about what she said. She told me I needed an uplift and i didn’t think I did. I was so glad I saw Mr traynor that day, he said no uplift n bigger implants which is what I wanted. I could’ve kissed him! I’m 1wk post op and couldnt be happier! Sorry for the essay but just please listen to your instinct, don’t go through with it and then regret it.

You need to go back and see him,take a list of questions,and a chaperone,you will feel stronger if someone is with you,or ask mya to arrange for a nurse or pc to attend the consultation with you,you are paying a lot of money for a service here and the results will change your body,you need to be going in to this fully informed,your not queueing in a sale for a bargain here its your body,and your future,so it needs to be right,nope you get some answers honey,xxx

I agree with the girls hunni. Go back and see him ASAP and if your still not happy or comfy with him then maybe look at changing surgeons. I met with 3 surgeons and glad I did now as I feel I have the right surgeon for me. I didn’t feel at all at ease with two of the surgeons. But the one I’ve picked I felt I could be honest with, I wasn’t worried what he thought about what I wanted but yet the other two I felt as I didn’t dare push for what I wanted lol. So go back and see him try and get an earlier in the day appointment too just so there’s not much chance of their being a delay on appointments so he doesn’t rush you again xx

I was so nervous wen i first met mr russo, the only thing i could think about was the fact that i had to show him my flat boobies and i was sooooo embarassed! I didnt ask any of the questions i had wanted so wen i got home, i rang my pc and explained and asked for a second consult which was arranged no problem at all! Saw him a second time and asked everything i wanted! now im 6 days post op and couldnt b happier with my choice! Xxx hope this helps xx

Arrange to see him again hun. This is too much of a major thing just to leave it to chance.

Get another consultation with him and perhaps bring some pictures in of the look and size you’re after? From seeing the pictures he should offer you a range of sizes. If he’s offered you 340 ask about the 380s too and compare these. 340 is a popular implant size but it’s not big so it all depends on the look you’re after.

I can’t emphasis how important it is to go back tho. U have loads of time left so make that appointment today. They won’t mind. Good luck x

Hi Molly… I would just go and see a few more surgeons. Ive seen 6!!! Yes, I was a little confused on which to choose but it was my choice. Everyone of them told me something different, they all have their own ways and their own opinions but from that you can decide whats best for you. If you find it hard talking to them, maybe take photos and ask if they are achievable. I have chosen my surgeon now but I am still going to see him again to make sure we defo understand each other. They are being paid alot of money for this and you deserve their time. xxx 340cc is a good size though, I cant go any bigger than that xx

I had Mr Adamo he was brilliant and happy to answer any questions

, I felt at ease with Mr C straight away, but did go back a second time today as wanted to check a few things. He was more than happy to re-discuss things and we made some changes. Have my uplift and ba with him on 29th May at Highgate. See other surgeons if you’re not happy, I was happy straight away and didn’t feel the need to see anyone else x

I know how u feel mr c made me feel the same. Didnt tell me all the info i needed to know.therfore i ended up woth the wrong result for me.he didnt even measure me.nore give me the implants to try in a bra…

Had re op with mr singh yest a year on…

I had the same with mr c and was all booked in with him, he would only offer me 300 and with only a few weeks to go I needed to change my date, I got another consultation with mr Singh and he was totally different, told me 300 was too small for my frame, and I got my op rebooked with him for another date which was actually a bit earlier than my original date, he have me 400 soft touch and really listened to what I wanted, cant praise him enough x

Dr C was recomended to me by a friend; hers looked and felt really good. he was a bit breif in the consultation but he did suggest a couple of sizes. If you have more questions, definately go back.

Wow mr c is getting a lot of stick but he is very professional I have had a BA before and the surgeon I had was too friendly and I didn’t get to pick a size I wanted I was more told what to have if anything, whereas Mr c was fairly quiet but straight to the point he asked why I was here and what I wanted to achieve I told him and then he told me a few different implant sizes I could have and I was recommended straight away with the high profile implants to help reduce the rippling as the result I want means big implant. I did see mr c twice though as I changed my mind to the biggest size he offered and he just said ok and said I see you on the 8th may.’ Bish bash bosh’ that’s all I wanted him to be like if I’m honest as would have been a bit weird having a full blown chat with him.

Only 2 days to go and it be me cant frisking wait any longer admission time is 7am xxxxx

Totally agree I think mr c is getting a lot of stick aswel I think he’s great I saw him first then mario then I saw mr c again as I don’t think mario listened to what I wanted he just wanted to give me the look he wanted! I deff felt better after the second time of seeing mr c as I knew 100% what I wanted! Go back and see him a second time and if it still doesn’t feel right booked to see another surgeon but I’m sure after the second time meeting mr c you will feel just as happy as I am with him if you want to go bigger then it’s up to you to ask if you can! I did and now I’m having 525 with uplift and mario would only do 340 max xx

I agree with you Nicola. What I really liked about Mr Russo was the fact that he never liked Pips from day one and he never used them – not once.

For me, that was the kind of surgeon I wanted and could trust. A man with long term vision.

We all want immediate results but life is not like that. I also think that any cosmetic surgery is something that always needs revising every so many years as our bodies change and our cells renew.

im having my ba with Mr C on 22may, at my 1st consultation with him i was nervous and came away without askin the q’s i wanted, i was only offered 1 size after he looked at my boobs, mrC came across very quite, shy but very professional . i agree with flicky i dont want chit chat just 100% focus on the end result – great boobs. dont be put off with MrC ways, he is a man of few words. i booked in for my 2nd consultation and he was great even tried to tell a joke. i think after the 1st consultation he warms up a little. he confirmed again the size im due to have and discussed the different type of implants. i went well prepared this time with a long list of q;s and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. MrC is a boobie god and his scars are amazing. but you have to go with whoever you feel happy with x

I was happy with Mr c, I’m more of a straight to the point person anyway, put I showed him pics I wanted mine to b like an he took a look an asked me questions bout them, I just helped myself to implants an asked 2 try bra an he was fine with that and didn’t rush me, I was happy 2 leave after that pretty quick but my mam had list of questions and he was patient and answered them all fully, if I was on my own I probally would have been more nervous an wouldn’t have got as much info so maybe take someone along who can also ask questions you don’t think of, I love my boobs now so happy I had op with him he give me exactly what I asked for, he mayb just can’t think of much he needs to say but he really won’t mind how long you take or u asking questions xx

thanks girls,well so i did have my 2nd consultation with him last saturday,lasted probably around 90 seconds,he seemed not happy about me coming for the second time,he was very impatient and was rushing me soo much,no questions no conversation all it was he just looked at a pic i had with me and said if i wanted to go for that look then we’ll go for 380cc’s,i felt really uncomfortable and unwelcomed,im generally a really shy person so i felt like running away as soon as i could because of his attitude….im even more confused,id b more than happy to change surgeon but ive already booked time off work and im not flexible with dates at all,this is really the only time i can get off this year thats the only reason why ive not asked to change the surgeon yet…but im constantly thinking about it…xxx

I am having similar feelings to yourself although I have months until my surgery so I have time on my side but I would say dont let time off work make this huge decision for you. You dont sound happy with this surgeon to me and is it worth spending all that money and having the anxiety of going with someone u are unsure of just so that it fits into work???

What I done was rote my questions on my iPhone so when I went in I said straight away I have questions and Marion said she will explain everything and if I have any questions left at the end I can ask away turns out she covered everything I was worried about or didn’t understand completely.. Defo think it’s worth having them written down and make the point a you go in re book hun no harm in that, I your still not happy then see about booking with someone else and seeing if they have any dates around near when yours is booked and just change over, a few girls on here have said they done that. xx

Molly, call your pc and tell her what has happened an how it’s made you feel.. I had mr Singh and even though he was running late he was still sooo lovely and made me feel so comfortable! I know u have already booked ur op but this Is an important operation that is going to change our life and you need to be sure that u know the surgeon knows what you want! You have paid a lot o money for this and it’s actually really disappointing when u hear how surgeons sometimes treat their patients, ESP ones who come in for consultations for the first time who have no idea of what will happen and what look they want ect! I had the choice of mr Singh and mr C, well im very glad I chose Mr Singh xx
