So what's the deal with acrylic nails?

Hello ladies, so what’s the deal with acrylic nails? My op is a week on Wednesday and haven’t been told by my surgeon to ensure the acrylics are removed! I thought as long as you can still see the colour of your nail on your first finger, it’s ok? They look dead nice, it would be a shame to have to soak them off! x

I asked this a while back and was told that it’s up to ur surgeon whether he wants u 2 take them off or not, I think they ask u 2 remove them so they can put that thing on ur finger that reads ur pulse xxx

the reason you take nails, make up off ect is because they hide the natural colouring of your skin, if you flat line you loose the colour in your nails and face, so they need you bare to monitor you easyiar, also the anaethatist needs to see your skin tone to make sure your having enough oxygen xx
