Soft sports bra 3.5 weeks po

Hi all
I’m nearly 4 weeks p.o my sports bra is really hurting
Is it safe to wear a soft one the same as the pic below?

I’m having the same issue as you… more at night though.. I spoke to the clinic today.. She suggested getting a band size up as they could be swollen. She said the cup part needs to be the right size to give it support… Xx
