some advice on 8 days post op

Hey Girls im wondering if you can help me, i had my ba done last tuesday my boobs are looking so good i love them only prob i got is the bra im wearing is so tight it is making me sore digging if i go the next size up i dont feel they support my new assets so does anyone know where i can get those bra back extentions i know places like betterware but i dont get those sort of books delivered, also i pulled a window shut and i felt as if i pulled something and that one boob is more swollen and painful than the other as it the arm i use all the time im thinking it will take longer to heel anyone else done anything like this? x

Hey, I’m 8 days post op too and I’m having the exact same problem. I changed to a bigger size 2 days ago, which helped a little at first, but now it seems to be digging in just as much. I was worried it would be digging into my scars and irritating them, but I saw the nurse yesterday and she said they looked fine. Its doing my head in and I don’t want to have to go up another size incase my boobs aren’t getting supported properly. ARGH! xx

Hi girls, I got quite sore the other day from hoovering, my right boob swelled up! I took my bra off for half of day n all night n wore a really tight, seam free vest top that I got from primark. It seemed to reduce swelling n I even felt like id dropped a bit overnight but still supported me. My scars r a bit sure 2day so gonna do it again 2nite, works a treat! U can get moulded type ones as well from both asda & primark. U could also try stitching ur larger bras together so that its tight at the top n bigger at the bottom, it shd give more support. I found it best to do it wit safety pins n then stitch it after so u get the exact fit. U cud also try crop top type sports bras as they tend to have wider bands which shd b more comfortable. Can u not get the bra extenders off ebay or betterware online? Markets shd ave stuff like that or dress alteration places? Hope these help girls! If not, grin n bear it, it wil b worth it lol xxx
