Someone who genuinely wants advice and NOT an argument here!!

Ok, so meeting my surgeon in a couple of weeks.

Is it best for me to tell him what size implant I want (580cc HP overs) or just let him tell me what’s what?

A previous surgeon said overs was best. But biggest he said to go was 460cc to go to a DD… BUT I have since decided I want to go for a bigger size, smallest I want is an E.

So do I tell him what size implant I want or what bra size? Lol… sorry for the essay!! xxx

its probably a good idea to tell him what size you are considering as he can then tell you if that is possible and how this may look but also id ask him his opinion on what he would reccommend as they really do know best!

i had different surgeons tell me overs/unders or gave me the option and as i wanted unders i went with a surgeon who reccommended them as then i felt sure he was confident he would get good results from it (if you get what i mean – didnt want to go with a surgeon as ask them to do something they hadnt advised).

if you tell them what bra size you want, all you will be told is that there is no guarentee of this as its true, everyone is so different that cc size dusnt determine the end cup size so maybe take pictures of the size/look youre after aswell just to get the best advice you can xxx

I wanted to look like a dd and I’ve bought a 34f sports bra today hun … Don’t know I’d that helps with sizing I had 410 unders xx

Hiya hun. Firstly woo 580!! How lucky!! But… Did u know u paid more for an implant over 525? And 580 aint much more than 525 so if u can maybe push for something in the sixes, and get ur moneys worth.

The surgeon usually tells u what size u can have, tell bgt he surgeon u wan to look an E cup hun dont tell him u wanna measure an E cos ul be a lot smaller.

Wish I had had this info when I had my op lol at my initial consultation I said I wanted to be about a d/dd. I’m 6 weeks PO today and measure a 34f but defo dont look more than maybe a d x

Supers Girl I would tell him what size you want to go, not implant, as depending on how much skin you have already, will make a difference on what implant you have (if you know what i mean)! The one thing i dont regret when i had mine done was going the smaller size! I was unsure on 480 and 525, went with the 525 and i am soooooo glad I went bigger, i think i wiuld of been dissapointed otherwise!! Whos your surgeon? xx

I’m seeing mr fallahdar on the 9th. Yeah he might not even let me go that big. Mr Russo said 460, but that was to go to a DD.

Then at my sizing session, I tried 460cc and it was no where near as big as I wanted. I think in my head a DD was mahoossive!

So we went upto 580cc on that but I wasn’t told about paying extra. I’ll just see what he says about 525cc then. I’m gona say I want at least an E cup.

I have a lot of space to fill as am so tall. That why I want the bigger implant.

Yhe hun u pay more for any implant above 525. So either go a bit bigger than 600 or go with 525.
