Something nice!

Been reading a few bad things about MYAs aftercare recently, especially at Manchester but I just wanted to reassure pre opers that they have been great with me. Like today I rang up and Claire who I spoke to was lovely but couldn’t answer my question so she would get the nurse to give me a ring, 6 mins later my phone rang and it was the nurse, I think she was called Imogen and she was lovely too. My PC Kayleigh also text back within an hour! Well done MYA xx

The bad things always stuck in my mind when I was pre op so think its important to hear good stuff too which is mentioned much less. Its not cos it doesn’t happen but in general people are more likely to moan about a bad experience that post about a good one, I’ve done it myself! xx

I’m at the Manchester clinic as well and Kayleigh is my pc. I have been really happy with everything and whenever I go down everyone is really friendly xx
