sooooo excited!!! :-) :-) :-) any advice + before and after pics plzzzz :-)

seen the surgeon a good few months ago and agreed on 410cc but am now going back for a second consultation to see if i could go a little bigger and then hopefully book a date 4 surgery. soooooo excited, any advice would be great and b4 n after pics. i am currently a small 32b and am hoping to be a big dd.
