Sooooo trying to lose the pounds before I go for op…….

Well my aim was to lose at least 6 pounds before my op next week and so far managed to put 2 on……damn halloween bought loads sweets for the kids and have loads left so keep scoffing em, but have moved well out of reach now lol xx 😳

How much can you loose before you need to be remeasured? Dr.kazarzzi said only half a stone yet I’ve been told up To a stone. I don’t know if I can book the date and be measured again if I loose weight before my op arghh so much to think about x

Well I wanted to be 9 stone and im 9 1/2 stone so was told to lose the half stone first but booked it anyway to get the insentive but ended up putting more on lol but really trying hard this week as im in Monday but im quite happy with my size now just dont want to put weight on while I cant exercise afterwards. So kick started my diet this week doing quite well so far and will have to stick to it after to keep the pounds off How much do you need to lose hun? xx

I want to loose a stone then I’ll be happy. My weight is fine for the op but I’ve gained a stone this year after I’d lost it so just want to go back down to that. I just disnt know if I could book my date and see the surgeon to double check sizes before xx

I think you can book in and then get your size re checked before probs about 2 weeks then they will know exactly what to put in depending on your size at that time. Good luck hun xx

Well Cragroo, i am 10 days post op and only 1/2lb heavier than i was pre op so i just that down to the implants that should weigh approx 2lb. I reckon i must have lost some since the op. You will be fine. Sometimes the pressure to lose it does the opposite xx
